Our commitment

AzarTech is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities, including those who use assistive technologies such as screen readers, magnification software, voice recognition tools, and alternative input devices.

We actively work to improve the accessibility of our website and application in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). Our goal is to meet at minimum Level AA conformance across all pages and features.

Standards & regulations

Our accessibility efforts are guided by the following standards and regulations:

Compliant

WCAG 2.1 Level AA

Web Content Accessibility Guidelines from the W3C — the international standard for web accessibility.

Compliant

ADA Title III

Americans with Disabilities Act — requires equal access to goods and services offered on websites.

Compliant

Section 508

U.S. federal law requiring electronic and information technology to be accessible to people with disabilities.

In progress

EU Web Accessibility Directive

European Union directive requiring public sector and commercial websites to meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards.

Accessibility features on this site

The following features are built into azartech.net to improve accessibility:

Built-in toolbar (top of every page)

  • High Contrast mode — increases color contrast between text and backgrounds for users with low vision or color blindness
  • Large Text mode — increases base font size from 16px to 19px across all text elements
  • Reduce Motion mode — disables animations and transitions for users with vestibular disorders or motion sensitivity
  • All toolbar preferences are saved automatically and restored on your next visit

Keyboard navigation

  • All interactive elements are reachable and operable using the keyboard alone
  • Visible focus indicator (blue outline) on all buttons, links, and form fields
  • "Skip to main content" link appears when keyboard focus reaches the top of the page

Screen reader support

  • Semantic HTML5 landmarks — header, nav, main, footer — allow screen reader users to navigate by region
  • All images and decorative icons have appropriate alt text or are marked as presentational
  • ARIA labels and roles on interactive components, forms, and dynamic content
  • Live regions announce dynamic changes such as generation progress and error messages
  • Logical heading hierarchy (H1 → H2 → H3) throughout all pages

Forms and inputs

  • All form fields have associated visible labels
  • Error messages are descriptive and announced to screen readers
  • Required fields are clearly marked
  • Character count feedback on text areas

Color and contrast

  • Text contrast ratio meets or exceeds WCAG AA minimum of 4.5:1 for normal text
  • Information is never conveyed by color alone
  • Focus indicators meet WCAG 2.1 enhanced contrast requirements

Known limitations

While we strive for full accessibility, the following areas are currently being improved:

  • Generated DOCX files — downloaded documents may require additional formatting adjustments for optimal screen reader compatibility within Word
  • EU Web Accessibility Directive full conformance — currently in progress, targeted completion Q3 2026
  • Mobile screen reader testing on Android — ongoing testing with TalkBack across device types

We are committed to resolving these limitations and publish updates to this statement as improvements are made.

Third-party content

AzarTech uses the following third-party services which have their own accessibility policies:

  • Stripe — payment processing. Stripe maintains its own WCAG 2.1 AA compliance for Checkout pages. View Stripe's accessibility statement.
  • Google Fonts — typography. Fonts are loaded via standard CSS and do not affect accessibility.
  • Cloudflare — infrastructure and content delivery. No user-facing accessibility impact.
