1. About AzarTech

AzarTech ("Service," "we," "us") is an AI-powered resume and cover letter generation service operated at azartech.net. We use artificial intelligence to help job seekers create tailored application documents.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
• You must provide accurate account information
• One account per person — creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits is prohibited
• You are responsible for all activity on your account

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at azarglobal@azartech.net if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use AzarTech only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information about your background
• Use the service to generate documents for someone else without their knowledge
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or copy our systems
• Use automated tools to generate documents in bulk beyond your plan limits
• Submit content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates third-party rights
• Attempt to bypass usage quotas or payment requirements

5. AI-generated content

AzarTech generates resumes and cover letters using AI based on information you provide. You understand and agree that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated documents before submitting them to employers
• AzarTech does not guarantee that generated documents will result in job interviews or employment
• You own the documents generated from your own background information
• You must not submit documents claiming qualifications, experience, or credentials you do not possess

6. Payments and subscriptions

Free plan

The free plan includes 2 document generations per month at no charge. No credit card is required.

Pro plan ($15/month)

• Billed monthly. Includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
• Subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.
• Cancel any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Pay-as-you-go ($4 per package)

• One-time payment for 1 resume and 1 cover letter. No subscription.
• Credits do not expire.

Refunds

We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first Pro charge if you are not satisfied. Pay-as-you-go purchases are refundable within 24 hours if no documents have been generated. Contact azarglobal@azartech.net to request a refund.

7. Intellectual property

The AzarTech platform, branding, and software are owned by AzarTech and protected by copyright. The documents generated using your own background information belong to you. We retain no ownership over your resume or cover letter content.

8. Disclaimers

AzarTech is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose. Job search outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AzarTech's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by emailing us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Georgia.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email and update the date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
